Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in a number of ways:

  • Online – register for our online services 
  • In person – hand your repeat sip into reception having carefully ticked the items required
  • Via the Pharmacy - you could set up a repeat ordering facility - ask them the quetsion
  • By post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.

Please allow at least 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed and to get to the pharmacy of your choice.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
