I have been a member of the Maywood team since 2017 and look after all things Human Resources, providing HR support and advice to the both the clinical and non-clinical team.  Additionally I  also oversee the talent acquisition programme at Maywood am responsible for supporting recruitment and selection at Maywood.

I also ensure that the recall programme is robust, as well as supporting the Partnership with ensuring CQC compliance
