My name is Jill, I have been qualified as a nurse for 30 years, and been in General Practice for 20 of those.  I undertook a degree a few years ago so have the official title of Community Specialist Practitioner.  I specialize in Chronic Disease Management, which means I look after people who have high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma and COPD or those who have had heart attacks or strokes. I also offer advice on contraception and do cervical screening. 

When I am not at work I enjoy gardening, growing my own cut flowers, cycling to the beach and travelling with my husband. I have two grown up boys and an elderly spaniel called Max. My passion in life is to make a difference to people in a positive way.
